Owners, Jeannell Charman & Tina Henson are active in the day-to-day
operations of the agency and both work in the office as travel
counselors.
Jeannell Gaston Charman is married to Mike Charman, Chief Electrical
Engineer on the Pride of Hawaii/Norwegian Jade.
Tina Zinser Henson is married to Travis Henson, Public Relations
Director for Kaskaskia College.
The company was formed in 1990 to service the travel needs of the area
residents. The agency is fully licensed and bonded. The agents in
both offices have over 100 years combined travel agency experience.
The agencies are well versed in all phases of travel from selecting
the proper trip, to finding the best value, to making all the
necessary arrangements and offering travel suggestions, and finally to
following up after the trip to evaluate the services offered and our
arrangements. Service before, during and after the sale from
knowledgeable agents who care about every detail of each trip.
Salem Travel Bureau was founded in 1990 as the retail office of The Travel Bureau, Ltd.
Olney Travel was opened in April of 2006 to service the travel needs of Olney and the surrounding communities.
